Some folks have a hard time with Teamviewer on just one monitor, let alone more than one monitor.
It's amazing how Teamviewer support and remote desktop access to from home to the office is very tricky, for some.
How can you explain it? You can't. You just have to show it to someone who doesn't know for the first time, and then they get it.
