Stardate, Calendars, dates, times, timezones and how we can improve going into space

Space, the final frontier. When we get there, what date time zone will we be in? I find that intriguing to consider. Do we just have an astronomical stardate to go by, and how will that relate to our earthly planet timezones.
 
Will our military time leading to Space Force give us the stardate to where our computers just start using that instead? That would be fun.
 
Holidays would have a stardate. Vacations would be given stardate windows of approval.
 
That is something to ponder. It's not a matter of if, its a matter of when.
