I have had shipments going overseas in the past few months, and my latest shipment to the Philippines made it safely through Typhoon Vamco and in and out of Manila just fine.
Look at
FlightRadar24 over the weekend, and tracking packages, I see a return to normal in both passenger flight volume and a steady increase in air cargo as well.
