Intuit Quickbooks 2012 js script pops causing errors - started last week

Its been a long time since I got Intuit Quickbooks Desktop Professional v2012 script popups and now they just appeared again, starting last week. Strange.
here are the three links script popup URL sources. you have to copy and paste the .js files since the open link for view-source .js does not work. sorry. nothing in the links other than crazy code in there!!!
note: the analytics .js has a line of code that exceeds 64Kb.

update 1 hour later, I went to close my Quickbooks 2012 and this popped up
more to come...
