👍 Carbonite backups starting to work after some major changes

I got my carbonite cloud backup working again after change computer system name, and then doing a transfer carbonite subscription to a new system; at first carbonite's AI tried to associate the subscription to my old system by name and label, and I renamed it to the new system name and label name a few times, rebooted and then paused the backup for 30 minutes two or three times over 24 hours for the database and AI to sort itself out. It finally did, and moved from 558GB calculation total which was so wrong, to the correct amount of 4.4TB backup calculation. I did have to uninstall and re-install a few times until Carbonite started to understand my desires.
