It's 2018 End of Year reporting, time to execute 2019 Start Plan ....so, it's time wrap up $7 million unicorn subsidiary, $10 million R&D group, and execute 2019 re-organization and launch. determine 100/500 million cap-ex fund steps, and trim off 5-10% across the board in streamlining goals using accordion steps.
let's see how fast the data settles and the new plan takes off... 30 days to wrap this up and get everyone informed and on board.. update the dashboard, and close out the last 5 year and 10 year details.. send report to board for confirmation...
