Recently, I had the opportunity to work on IT automation of various sorts and its rather interesting how the latest of technologies can provide great benefit and yet miss a few minor nuances of success overall.
It must be a work in progress since the move and shift from on-prem to cloud, and now hybrid, and now back to on-prem is the evolution of cloud computing to on-prem computing.
It's really a mixed bag of tricks for any and all in the revenue and cost decision tree model of all things considered. I do find it interesting to see why some technologies that have evolved are being ignored for legacy architectures that have no benefit anymore other than old school thinking, unless there is something more sinister at work in newer technologies that have evolved and have holes that are being hidden from the public at large.
Interesting how technologies and its developments have come full circle both on the basis of consumer acceptance yet at risk of privacy loss. For me, its about 1's and 0's and buckets of monies. That all it is and then the human condition applied.
