In the past few weeks, DKIM requirements for some business clients and their email hosted by Microsoft have been blocked due to DKIM requirements. Essentially SPF records were the requirement yet DKIM is now becoming requested, not required, and warnings from Email handlers and exchanges are delaying message delivery.
I would check with your DNS and Email hosting providers for further information. It is important to remain consistent and compliant.
