while working on two new products and supporting two older products, what is the best way to optimize your sales and marketing mix?
 
1. lean up and lean out existing weak sales and marketing energies
2. offset sales and marketing costs and blend in existing contracts
3. launch new initiatives that are more striking and complementary to your vision
 
note: keep your brand consistent to what works, and don't let distractions interfere with you.  keep abreast of legacy opportunities and churn the butter to make sure the cream stays on top.
