After nearly 18 years with DynDNS, we are finally closing our last account.

Sad, at one time we had over 200 accounts and DynDNS entries. https://dyn.com/

Does Dyn really want to become passe? Probably not but for the basic requirements, your registrar is good enough.  What was once a special art in DNS, Dyn had the strong hold. What most registrars do now is what Dyn does.

Sad to say good bye after 18 years, but this is our last month with them.

Thank you Dyn for the years of service.

Just and sort of like Dell DFS, Integra Telecom, Great Basin Internet Services, and WinSave. Good times! In the past 2 years, we can cancelled 1/2 a dozen services that we no longer need. Sad. True.

They each solved a problem we had for many years, and that solution they offer is no longer niche and specific where the industry basically offers it generically.

more to come...
