Operational versus Tangential Activities

Leadership management is a greatness beyond compare. We have so many great leaders who are able to resolve the worlds problems when asked.
Tangential activities can complement operation activities when done properly. For example, being a manager or leader and while doing other leadership roles within your capacity to expand your organization and awareness and community as a benefit for all.
Does that make sense? It does to me.
Have you been asked? Are you capable? Do you go above and beyond? I do.
My question is: what are the problems at hand?
Are we sustaining and maintaining or needing to grow to capacity, and then continue to grow to a new capacity, but not beyond capacity.
Does that make sense?
Capacity management is about what we have to what we need to have in order to deliver greatness.
This can be applied to any and all businesses and organizations and more...
