Electronic component pricing is not going down when it should be

Its sort of odd that pricing for the following continues to remain high for no reason. Pricing should drop and continue to drop regardless of all the tariff wars.
The list of items that should be 50% their current pricing are:
- Video Cards
- Power Supplies
- Computer Cases
- Computer monitors
- SSD Drives
- Laptops
Its just odd that pricing remains the same if not higher than they were over 18 months ago.
