while enjoying air travel, do you pay attention to the conveniences and inconveniences at airports?
at the Reno Tahoe International Airport there are some things that you can't help but notice.
while traveling further to other airports around the world, you will notice things that are much better and improved.
i wonder if the RTAA regularly have leadership and business analysts who visit other airports and notice things and compare? the short answer from leadership will be yes, and maybe the real answer is maybe sometimes when we get to it.
at what cost? customer and traveler enplaning satisfaction and remembrance or just another airport terminal experience. arrivals and departures can be fun or hectic.
noticing operational teams helping travelers is of utmost importance. if the RTAA has something to this need, great! if not, maybe next year. hehe..
it's funny watching so-called progress in action.
