I for one have loved morning and evening walks, usually 30-60 minutes, depending on the time I get started - its never too early to repeat yourself daily. Plus, get down on the floor and do stretches in all sorts of body configurations, pushups (even girl pushups), and breathing, resting, and getting up without help... thata all leads to the following:
- Increase Volume
- Address Problem Areas
- Establish a Routine
- Invest in your Recovery
- Winning Mindset
